Reconditioned engine

My Discovery 4 TDV6 engine ran on no oil and needs reconditioning - block is serviceable. The market seems rife with cowboys - anyone able to recommend a reliable & reputable engine reconditioning outfit please? I'm based near Sevenoaks. Thanks!
