Stickers ordered on joining

When I joined I also ordered an extra sticker, which I know from your letter are to follow, but I cant remember what I ordered!!!!! Could you let me know what is due to arrive so that I dont order the same during next shopping spree in club shop.

I assume ( ) That you have been sent your membership pack with a triangle in it

If you ordered extra items through the online club shop, did you get an order number so I can trace it? Or was it on the membership application form? If so do you know what you have not been sent? I will look into it for you.

I have received member pack but no stickers. There is a hand written note saying stickers to follow. I wasnt sure what came with pack, but I think I ordered an alpine sticker as extra (extra £2 paid), but kids are causing memory loss at moment!!!!!!!!!

Thought I would check before making more purchases

That makes sense because the club had ran out of Triangles in the run up to christmas. The new ones are just in stock, they will be forwarded in bulk to the mem sec who will then send out the missing triangles to members in the next week or so who had not had them sent in the new membership pack. I will also get the mem sec to look into your other ordered sticker from your membership application.

I'm in the same boat as Macca. I had a note included with the pack saying stickers were to follow. I also ordered an extra sticker, not sure which one either though .
I'll have a look and post back any additional info I find.

These would have been ordered through the renewal process with Lavenham not the club shop and I do not get any notification of stickers ordered in this way. I would get in touch with them and enquire where your stickers are. Lavenham have stocks of their own of the triangles, and I am guessing (hoping!) this is what you ordered?

If you get no joy let me know and I will see what I can do for you.
