Hi Mark,
Obviously, that 'aint good, it is however something beyond my control at the minute, I can and will look in to it, but I will have to check with the committee to see what the score is with postage charges.
The stickers may have got mixed up with higher postage cost items such as jackets etc or the system may have not taken multiple items postage discount, I don't know at this point.
:)
Richard.

The problem is caused by the basic shop software (which is a free versio) you have to set it up and include each items weight etc. When multiple items are purchased the costs multiply but don't discount based on the original cost already being paid. Add to this the complexity of Royal Mail and its letter/large letter / packet / parcel rate table its a nightmare to get it accurate - I know as I have tried on more than one occasion.

I was just going to order some stickers and 2 hats and a couple of sew on badges total £25 and £16.50 p&p I though this wrong or did I do it wrong

2 medium alpine stickers = £6
2 baseball caps =£12
2 sew on doc badges =£6

I want to order them but p&p of 16 is a steep ( crawler box steep and air locker in )

Stuart
I don't think the postal charges are sorted yet, I think it's a software clitch that doesn't recognise small items that could go out with a first class stamp, stickers etc and small items that may warrant a Jiffy bag and parcel rate stamp

Give RichardD11 a PM and confirm price before hitting the buy it now button

Yeah it is still a problem that no one seems willing or able to fix...It did get mentioned again at the committee meeting the other day...
We need a new shop website...
One that is capable of doing what we want it to do, and not some rehashed version of someone else's...

Stuart I don't know fully how to solve your problem, I can let you have price separate to the web shop, no problem, but I don't know which way would be best to pay the invoice short of sending a cheque made out to the club maybe.

Regards,
Richard.

Good question...Probably, possibly, maybe is the only answer I can give
Think the idea is so that postage is added automatically, so that someone can't inadvertently add postage costs themselves that maybe a 1st class stamp for two coats, three sweatshirts etc etc :D
Richard.

I had an idea if open a topic order only then pay via PayPal to club until club shop can be sorted out .i know it sounds more work

We place order then a total price is worked out included delivery and pay by card or PayPal
