Membership

I paid for a subscription to discovery owners club plus 2 window stickers,this was 5 weeks ago,I’ve had no reply and no membership package?.is this normal.
I really wish someone from admin would get in touch

Hi, there has been an issue with our membership management company that means some new memberships and renewals paid by PayPal haven't been processed correctly. We're working with them to resolve this, but if you could email our membership secretary, Carol, on memsec@discoveryownersclub.org with your name and postcode, she'll be able to sort this for you now.
