Iffy power steering

Can anyone help? I’m having an issue with my power steering, it seems lump. Had the UJ’s lubed yesterday and ran smoothly and now it’s lumpy again. It feels slightly stiff for a second and then it runs ok. Have no other ideas. Any help would be great
