Hi, i current have a transit connect that i use as my cycle day van (Alps, Moors and Wales trips) where i sleep in the back on my trips. I am thinking of venturing further off the track in europe so pos need a 4x4 or at least a bit more chance than my connect could give me.
Can you please let me know if the rear seats (middle row?) fold flat ie so i can sleep in the back, and also if anyone has measurements from the back door to the back of the drivers seat (inside).
Also a good real world hight measurement if you have it, as it needs to go into my gge when not being used.

Any help would be great, so it may be worth me chopping out my connect and getting a disco for my bike trips. Thanks

Yeah D3/4 makes an excellent double bed in the back :D
D2 and D1 not so easy, the rear seats would need removing and a platform making to create a flat area :)

Yes have made a platform in the back of Discovery 3, also did do in a Discovery 1, but a bit tight in the Discovery 1.
If you are tired you will sleep almost anywhere.
