I am considering purchasing a defender first registered in 2009 in southern Ireland . The DVLA requests a type approval certificate for this vehicle. Q 1 Where is the cheapest place to obtain this . Q2 I have too change the speed meter to MPH and fit a fog lamp , any other pit fall should know about ?
